We offer FREE shipping WORLDWIDE for online orders over USD $100

Shipping Cost and Timelines
All orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving them. Delivery cost varies depending on the country of destination and is quoted at checkout. The expected shipping service delivery timeline is also quoted at checkout and is in business days from the day the shipment leaves the facility, not from the order date

Tracking Orders
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order. This will include your tracking number with a link to track your delivery online. Note that certain local courier partners may not update all stages of delivery.

Credit Card Transactions
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB and Shop Pay Transactions are processed by Shopify using the highest industry standard - PCI DSS. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation
Once you’ve completed your order online you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive an order confirmation e-mail from us, first check your junk folder in case our emails are buried in there. If you still haven’t heard from us, let us know at orders@foxfolk.co

Duties and charges
All foxfolk™ products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse to over 180 countries worldwide. Our  customers are responsible for any duties or charges associated with international borders. Foxfolk™ does not collect duty on behalf of our customers. Please refer to your countries trade agreements for further questions around any expected tax or import duties.

Shipping delays
In our current global business environment many businesses are impacted with shipping delays due to broken supply chains and Covid. Our current target shipping delivery time frames to most countries is 7-14 business days from our central global warehouse in Honk Kong. Occasionally our shipping suppliers are not able to deliver within these service time frames due to factors outside of their control. If your order is impacted by delayed delivery these are the steps foxfolk™ will take to remedy the problem: If your order has not reached your shipping address 25 business days after your original order date please contact us at orders@foxfolk.co If the parcel is not able to be located, we will offer you the choice of shipping out a replacement or a full $ refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.

Lost Parcel
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 business days via email orders@foxfolk.co If the parcel is not able to be located, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund once we have received confirmation from our carriers that delivery was not successful.
